Welcome to Comptoir Georges. Here, there's no fuss, just meat, character, and an atmosphere reminiscent of Birmingham's back rooms. Brick walls, dim lighting, a dark wood bar: the decor sets the tone from the moment you walk in.

Come and enjoy some straightforward, honest food: aged rib-eye steaks, butcher's cuts to share, cooked to perfection. A menu that gets straight to the point, served simply but with a smile. On the drinks menu, whisky and craft beers are on hand.

Open Tuesday to Saturday from 9:30 am to 1:00 am. Reservations available Tuesday to Friday from 11:45 am to 10:00 pm and Saturday from 11:45 am to 11:00 pm at 17 Place Jean Jaurès.

Reservations are recommended because good food is worth the effort.
